The End of Copa International Chivas Comex 2009

In the U-18 category, the tournament has come to a close. The new champions are…Monterrey! The game against the other finalist, Atlas, ended at 1-0 with the game winning goal coming via penalty.
In the third place game between Chivas and Tottenham, the Spurs came out victorious. Again, the game was decided on penalties with the foreigners winning 4-2. The regular game ended in a 2-2 draw.
And….because of their call up with the national team, Carlos Ochoa, Alberto Medina, and Aaron Galindo will not play in the games against Necaxa and in the Copa Libertadores against Argentinean side Lanus. What a bummer, no?
